Paddy Power #SaveOurShirt

Launch of a campaign to remove all betting logos from the front of football shirts.

The campaign was launched with Paddy Power announcing their sponsorship of Huddersfield Town, with an over branded shirt described in the media as the worst of all time. The whole country’s media fell for the trick and were outraged, which set us up perfectly for the release of the real shirt, completely free of sponsorship. We then launched our #SaveOurShirt campaign in TV, online and print.

The campaign had 13m interactions, 740m impressions, coverage in all mainstream media including a 5 minute news section on the BBC and led to a review of UK gambling policy.
